Prices are for engraving personalisation services only. You will need to purchase your perfume separately. This is the minimum price which includes up to 3 words or 2 words and a date engraved. Get in touch if you require a longer message.

How to order 💌
-Send your perfume by ordering it to my nearest Boots or The Fragrance Shop store (I will let you know where after you purchase). I will collect it after you send me the order confirmation & number.
-Let me know what you want personalised by messaging me before purchasing.
-If you are not sure whether a perfume surface can be engraved, message me first to check.
-I will send over a draft for you to confirm the design is alright.
-I will create a separate custom listing if your number of words is longer, or if you want more than one bottle, for you to make payment.
-I will package and ship the perfume to you after engraving. (Send me your name and address if different to the one used at the time of purchase).

Returns / Refunds☹️
-Once an item has been custom-made and dispatched, no returns or refunds can be accepted.
-If your item arrives with any quality issues（damaged or incorrect), it will be remade for you at no extra cost if you provide evidence within 14 days.
-No replacements or refunds for mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. spelling errors).
